  • Sound Leadership - Based on the criteria of sound competent and safe leadership at all times. This will be assessed under practical conditions and by means of oral discussion.
  • Personal Skiing standard - ASCL's are required to be able to ski efficient parallel turns in all conditions on all terrain. This will be assessed by practical assessment of the candidates skiing both in leadership and party member roles.
