Mental Health and Wellbeing

We are launching a brand-new mental health & wellbeing initiative and campaign

Snow More Stigma | Your Voice, Your Attitude to Mental Health Matters

Help us Stamp out Shame in Snowsport

Our mission is powerful and clear | Together we can stamp out mental health shame and stigma in Snowsport and create a powerfully positive culture of Mental Wellbeing for all.

We are all in this together | We all have mental health | We all can be the change

In order to do this and LISTEN to what you need, we want to listen & learn from you – so we are going to have a presence across Snowsport England on a roadshow understanding the very real needs, challenges and success stories of positive mental wellbeing initiatives.

Look out for us at Kent Schools, The British, All England, Club Cluster meetings, the Coaching Conference and more.  Come and talk to us.  Positive mental health and wellbeing is just as important as physical health.

We are going to empower and educate at all levels so it is easier for anyone struggling to talk and seek help & guidance.

We have recruited our athlete stars for #SNOWMoreStigma who are right behind this campaign.  Watch this space!
