As part of the international snowsports community, UK Snowsports recognises qualifications held by coaches, leaders and instructors from outside the UK. 

If you hold a qualification issued by a recognised international awarding body, you can apply for equivalency. If your application is successful, you will be awarded the appropriate UK Snowsports qualification and, once licensing criteria are met, gain access to all associated member benefits.

Your application will be reviewed. We may contact you to request further evidence or clarification. You will be advised on the outcome or any next steps.

Please note: if your qualification is no longer current, you can still apply. Please indicate this on your application form. You may be required to complete refresher training or additional requirements before equivalency is granted.
