If you, or a user, have reset your password but you are still receiving the ‘Invalid Credentials’ message, there are several things you can do to troubleshoot this:
Check your email is correct and remove spaces at the start and end
Use the eye icon to reveal and check password
Clear your cache
Check browser settings (some extensions/ add ons may be interfering)
If the above does not resolve the log in, please submit a support ticket by clicking on ‘Help & Support’ at the bottom of the page.

If the email has still not been received, this could be because the email address on your account is different to the one you are trying to use. Please submit a support ticket by clicking on ‘Help & Support’ at the bottom of the page and we can check for you.

It is important to have the correct club or academy linked to your account. This allows the club or academy to view your membership status, any licences you hold or any additional qualifications or safeguarding requirements. If you are an athlete, you need to select the club or academy you are competing for to align with your seed points for BARTS and BASS.
-
Our rewards platform is accessed through the Sport 80 membership portal and is only accessible to anyone with a valid membership. Follow these instructions to access it.

Sport:80 is a customer relationship management (CRM) system that we use as our membership platform. We use it to manage our memberships and affiliated organisations. It is also the platform we use to process course, event and competition bookings. You can access Sport:80 from the login button at the top of our homepage.
-
Visit the Sport:80 login page to access your account. If you cannot remember your password, please use the ‘Forgot password?’ button to reset. You may also need to do this if you haven’t accessed the account before and it was set up for you by a Snowsport England team member.

It is important to have the correct club or academy linked to your account in Sport 80 for two reasons.
Firstly, this allows the club or academy to view your membership status, any licences you hold or any additional qualifications or safeguarding requirements.
Secondly, if you are an athlete, you should attach the club or academy you are competing for to your seed points for BARTS and BASS.
Follow these instructions for how to update your club or academy in Sport:80.
-
You can join multiple affiliated organisations and attach them in your membership profile. This will allow each organisation to view your information and membership status.
Please note: only one organisation can be selected for alpine seeding points in BASS and BARTS.
Follow these instructions for how to update your club or academy in Sport:80.

COMPETING
-
Yes, absolutely.
We have a number of affiliated organisations, all which can be found on our Snowsport Finder. Our affiliated organisations have to meet the minimum standards that we set out. This is to ensure our sport complies with the safeguarding standards set by the NSPCC Sport and the Code of Sports Governance as set out by Sport England.
If you would like to affiliate please contact us at info@snowsportengland.org.uk to start the process.
-
You can see what insurance cover your organisation gets with affiliation on our Marsh micro site.
Just a reminder, there are eligibility requirements of receiving insurance cover via affiliation to Snowsport England.
Eligibility Requirements
Have a current and approved affiliation.
Are based in the United Kingdom and have delivered against the requirements of member declarations.
Are a non-commercial organisation with any surplus profits reinvested into the club for the benefit of members.
Adhere to Snowsport England Rules and Regulations.
Commercial entities, such as ski centres and academies, are not insured.
The reason for this is that commercial focused organisations are typically larger in size and have profit making objectives.
Insurers in the market therefore do not include cover for these organisations in national governing body membership schemes as they need to be quoted based on the organisation’s risk profile.
-
Please follow these instructions to reaffiliate an organisation.
