Snowsport England 2026-27 Alpine Squad Selection Policy now available:

Snowsport England is pleased to release its updated alpine squad selection policy for the 2026-27 season. The updated policy outlines the eligibility requirements, minimum performance standards to be considered, and the selection process that will guide squad nominations for the 2026-27 season.

The policy has been refined to reflect feedback from the community and to support the long-term development of talented English alpine skiers as they progress within national and international pathways. The updates were developed with input from the SE Alpine Committee and coaches. Snowsport England believes these changes will strengthen the selection process while maintaining its high standards.

Snowsport England will again be running a physical profiling day for all athletes aiming to be selected. Any athletes meeting the minimum consideration standards on the end of season BASS list will be invited to attend. Further details and the date of this testing will be shared at a later date.
