Snowsport England Park & Pipe Squad selection process for 2026–27 season

Snowsport England has previously published its Park & Pipe Squad Selection Policy for the 2026–27 season, outlining how athletes will be considered for selection. We are happy to be able to now confirm the process and timeline for selection.

Athletes that meet the published minimum performance standards to be considered for selection are invited to apply for selection for the 2026/27 squads. Athletes that apply and can demonstrate they meet the standards will be contacted directly about attending a physical profiling day. If you have met the criteria and submitted an application, but don’t receive an email in line with the below timescales, check your junk and/or contact parkandpipe@snowsportengland.org.uk.

As part of the selection process we will be combining talent ID at The Snow Centre Hemel Hempstead with applications and profiling. Snowsport England and GB Snowsport coaches will attend the full park Friday event on Friday 31st July, giving applicants the opportunity to throw some of their tricks in front of coaches and show off their potential! The 2026 profiling day will be held in partnership with TASS at the University of Hertfordshire on Sunday 2nd August. This will need to be booked via sport80 to confirm attendance and complete pre-screening information.

Following the physical profiling day the selection panel will meet, all athletes will be contacted and notified whether they were successful in being selected or not.

Any athletes that can’t attend profiling due to injury should contact parkandpipe@snowsportengland.org.uk with proof of injury and expected date of return to training no later than Tuesday 30th June.
