Move from instructing to coaching.

The Ski Development Coach (Level 3) qualification marks the transition from delivering individual lessons to coaching skiers over time.

This award prepares you to plan and deliver structured coaching programmes, support long-term development and work more closely with individuals and groups to improve performance.

It’s ideal if you want to take a more holistic approach - developing not just skills in a session, but progression across weeks, months, or seasons.
